Nowadays, it’s increasingly common for most individuals tend to switch careers several times during working lives. There are numerous reasons for this and in my view it is positive development.
To begin with, the reason people change their job might be that they are dissatisfied with their current job. This dissatisfaction may stem from feelings during their work time. For instance, staff may experience boredom and stress from overworking. As a consequence, they may seek new work that they find interesting job. Another major factor is advancing technology system. Some jobs are disappearing. As a result, people have to acquire new skills and work in new field to stay employed.
I personally believe this is positive change. Because, changing work system and careers can make staffs happier and they start enjoying their jobs. Additionally, changing careers can cause to be more flexible and the acquisition of new skill which is crucial in today’s world. There may be some drawbacks, but advantages are greater.
To sum up, people change careers for economic and personal reasons. I believe that this trend is mostly positive because it leads to personal growth and a more skilled workforce.
