This allow them to adjust their teaching style to suit the class’s needs. For example, teachers can give a topic to discuss, and they would go each group to monitor for any difficulties. They can also give direct feedback. This personal interaction often leads to better understanding and stronger academic performance compared to studying online.
Another important aspect is the social environment of classroom learning. University life is not only about gaining knowledge. It is also about developing teamwork and interpersonal skills. Students attend regular classes and share ideas, work collaboratively on projects, and build friendships. This friendship support their emotional and academic growth. Students can have support system. This support system might really be helpful when they face difficulties in their studies.
In conclusion, online courses offer flexibility and convenience, but I strongly believe that traditional classroom learning is more effective overall. For these reasons, universities should continue to prioritise in-person teaching whenever possible.
