When it comes to talking about education-related topics, there are two learning methods mentioned in many discussions nowadays – distance-learning programs and offline classes at college or university. In my opinion, two above methods have significant benefits which are compatible with different requirements of each student.
On the one hand, online programs should be put on top priority because they help learners solve finance-being associate problems of learners as well as offer their flexible schedule. To begin with , learners can take advantage of modern classes to save absolutely their time. Obviously, when human live in a modern society, it is important that people must reach a balance between their current career and their learning of new knowledge. Therefore, many people choose distance-learning classes to make the most of their time fund without no obstacles. Indeed, they can do many things at the same time as long as they do not reduce productivity of each work. For example, they go to a workplace during the day and study in the evening the same day. Besides, instead of spending two hours learning in offline class, they learn on the Internet an hour and spend a remain hour taking care of the house or enjoying a meal. Furthermore, for the price of a same program, online courses are much cheaper than face-to-face courses. Evidently, students can relieve burden for learning costs, travel costs between two places and even money for foods.
However, many other people with opposite opinion believe that traditional programs bring various of advantages than distance learning. Firstly, it is effective for students to absorb knowledge well when they completely focus on the lesson in an immediate class without being distracted. For example, they can avoid many situations such as phone calls, text messages, housework, childcare or even cooking a meal, so on. Secondly, thanks to attending live classes, students can total widen their circle of friends, especially relationships with many people. Thus, quickly building relationships is necessary for them to make more job opportunities after graduating from university. Finally, when psychology-related issues are taken into consideration, it is seen that students can avoid communication disorders. Clearly, they should communicate more with lecturers or classmates in a class to receive more useful information.
In conclusion, different approaches bring unalike benefits to each learner’s requirements at any stage of their life. As a result, people can simultaneously use the above two techniques regardless not causing influences on each other to improve their careers.
