It is often argued that the state should allocate its budget to the most important investigations as scientific research. I agree that government should focus on funding these kind of researches, although I think that less useful economic sectors as art and music are essential too to make an investigations.
On the one hand, the state has limited budget and it should finance more important subjects in the area of science. First and foremost, our globe need to survive and people’s mission is to figure out the way to save the environment. Investing in scientific materials and machines could help to find a solution to the most of significant ecological problems. Secondly, there is a myriad of deseases which can’t be cured because of the absence of proper reasearch. Thus, people need more financial support from government to decline the level of the deseases which can not be cured. For example, it is 21st century and there is still no cure from such serious illnes as cancer. Lack of money could lead to remain stable these researches.
On the other hand, less useful subjects as art and music need a proper funding. This economic sectors has an enormous contribute in people’s cultural development and amusment. It is irrefutable that arts have a huge impact on individual’s mind, it is impotant to emphasize that this useful subject is nation’s cultural and intellectual heritage, which could also alternate human’s thoughts and investigate a gigantic amount of phenomena that has not discovered yet. Arts and music are the major source of people’s creativity.
To conclude, though I agree that primary reaserches should be financed by the government, I also think that funding arts and music is also essential.
