Band 4+: More and more qualified people are moving from port to reach countries to full vacancies in specialist area like engineering computing and medicine some people believe that by encouraging the movement of such people rich countries are stealing from poor countries others feel that this is only part of the natural movement of workers around the world.

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

In today’s context, there is an ongoing debate surrounding the mobilization of accomplished individuals from impoverished to wealthy nations. While some individuals assert that this is a kind of mind theft, others posit that it is a normal motion of opportunities all over the world. In my perspective, I really believe that each successful person deserves lucrative employment, wherever the location of this chance is.

On the one hand, the advanced countries provided a decent life for specialists with a high-quality level of education and healthcare. They supply all the requirements for adults to establish families, such as a good start salary and medical insurance for parents and kids. From another point of view, this mobilization could be an experience transfer, which may help poor countries improve. For instance, an engineer finished his undergraduate studies, then traveled to a rich country to study for a master’s degree or to work in an advanced company to gain more knowledge. After many years of experience, this engineer will go back to his country and apply all the science that he gained.

On the other hand, each individual has his own interests. This concern could be in his country or abroad. However, as a form of reciprocation for the support pursued by the country, citizens should participate in the development of their community. Moreover, the government and authorities should exploit and incentivize the accomplished to enhance society. For example, job opportunities should be provided to ranked graduate students.

In conclusion, I firmly agree with traveling successful people from underdeveloped nations to powerful countries to find the well-being lifestyle that they deserve.
