It is believed that company should hire more old employee in their work-station. The negative aspects of it is higher compared to positive influences.I will elaborate some of the pros and cons behind this preference.
First possible benefit of employing older people in company would be the priority of skill that is important to get a well-rounded job in the industry.Aged individuals tend to have more vast knowledge of field compared to those who is new in the industry and trying to do well.An example would clear the superficial reasons which is that the companies who take expert aged employee developed or enlarged their market in which contributors were skilled.Moreover, older job holders are less prone to make mistake ,because they experienced along with their age and they are not likely to create any significant problem that will have consequences .
However, some major challenges are emerged when companies want to thrive in by choosing the older people or employee. Firstly, young pupils will deprived of work,a basic right, which effectively play a pivotal rule to complete our demands in life. When companies recruit employee ,keeping the eye on specific factors,young people are often devoid of a well-rounded life, that they could have got unless we deter this sort of activities.Additionally, unemployment problems are more likely to create in society. Consequently, they will be misunderstood not only by society but also from family which will result in some severe problems: depression, anxiety ,and insomnia. Hence, companies should keep a balance on it to eradicate these problems.
In conclusion, although several effective outcomes will create in the industries,we also require importance on young people to make a balanced selection.
