In recent years, ready food has become increasingly popular and eaten by many people. In this essay, I will discuss the benefits and drawbacks of the consumption of ready food.
There are a number of benefits to eating ready food or a home-cooked meal. Eating food that is ready has now become more convenient and time-saving for busy people. For instance, busy people always don’t have enough time, and they prefer buying and eating ready food. It does not take much time, or even they can eat food on the way while going to work. In contrast, many people prefer a home-cooked meal to ready food, for they have a lot of nutrients and a variety of vitamins. For instance, when you cook a meal at home, you use fresh ingredients, it is observed like food safety with that home-cooked meal keep family togetherness.
However, eating ready food has also brought disadvantages. One of these is that they include a lot of unnecessary condiments, too much salt, and a lot of vegetable oils. For instance, if busy people always eat ready food, they gain extra weight because of unnecessary additional extracts. Moreover, food that is cooked at home sometimes can be bland because when it might be cooked by an unskilled person, it can be undelicious, and all ingredients can be wasted, thus it requires a cooking skill. In addition, home-cooked meals are consumed a lot of time. For example, when you cook food for your family, you should cook it very quickly and deliciously, not with an unskilled approach.
In conclusion, I prefer both ways of eating. Because one of them is time-saving, but other one is time-consuming. In the end, both of them should be eaten in moderation.
