For the most people, when they join their first job, they do not know whether they will remain in the same organization or may change the position to the other organization.
There are both pros and cons exist when they want to stay to the same organization in the same position or shift to the other.
If an employee remains the same organization, they may get many advantages. For example, they can have specialties on that position as doing the same work for a long time. They can gain the promotion in the same office when they work in the same organization for a long time. People can get extra reward, bonuses and performance appraisal from the senior employee. It helps them to build a better career in the future. They may also have a financial security and provident fund after their retirement. But when they shift their Job more frequently they will less these opportunities. There are some disadvantages also occured when employee remains in the same ongation in their working life. Their activities will be limited in a certain area and they will stuck in this certain position. When people work in a different organisation, they can learn many thing which is not possible in working in a same organisation. They can easily mix up with diverse group of people that help them to enhance their overall communication skill and team work. They will stumble in every step and learn from their fault. Working in different organisation helps the employees as well as organisation to do innovation of new ideas, policies and production. There are a good example that I want to mention, that is one of my uncle started his first Job in a reputed pharmaceuticals company as a HR but after a few years, he joined as a lectures in a university. Then he went to the abroad for doing his PH.D by the funding of that university. Now, he has a dined life. So, I can that it can be only happened by the switching the job.
So, badly from the above discussion, I can conclude that both scenarios have has it’s own merits and demerits.
