The modern world has to face several alarming issues. One school of thought holds that most of these social issues can only be overcome with cooperation on a global scale. From my perspective, this opinion is justifiable.
To begin with, a number of urgent problems need to be addressed around the world, such as climate change, global warming, and wars. Even though each nation can handle these challenges by themselves, this practice will take a lot of time and effort, as well as those situations could not be solved efficiently. It can be explained by the fact that those situations have tremendous impacts on a vast area, including numerous people from all nations. As a result, if a country tackles solely, they could not be effective.
Therefore, I would contend that urgent problems can only be addressed by international cooperation. What is most pronounced is that unity and collaboration are solutions for all difficulties. Once multiple countries are looking for a mutual approach, they will come up with several creative and effective solutions. For example, when it comes to climate change, different methods can be implemented together, compounding and leading to a much more positive outcome. In addition, when mutual policies are introduced, they will help to raise the awareness of people about urgent problems and foster a sense among all dwellers to engage in tackling these situations. Hence, international cooperation seems to be the best tactic to solve alarming social issues worldwide.
In conclusion, while each nation might address urgent challenges themselves, cooperation among several countries is far more effective. Therefore, governments should work together to overcome the current situation. Drastic actions need to be taken now, or it will soon be too late.
