Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

In contemporary society, education and health are necessary factors in modern era, so it is generally believe that music should be compulsory subject in educational system due to it motivate cognitive abilities applicable to other academic areas. Yet, some arguments unacceptable that ideas. In this below essays , I will discuss both advantages and disadvantage about musical should be mandatory in school.

On the one hand, music always plays an important role in life because of its benefits to everyone. Frankly, piano helps people increase their logical and creative ability, as when you learn musical notes, you have to remember them, timing, rhythm, and the rule of notes. These things also develop problem solving ability in subjects such as math or physics. Moreover, music can improve student’s language ability, especially reading comprehension and grammar skills. Also, this subject helps undergraduates increase their creativity and musical sense, which is very helpful in fields of science or art.

On the other hand, there are many reasons why learning music cannot be applied to other subjects. To begin with, it is difficult to apply mass teaching programs because it requires high expertise, especially in piano. By the way, some individuals also think music as not much as important subjects, even more they do not care about this instruments and seem them like toys. Furthermore, for music to be a compulsory subject, schools will have to prepare musical instruments, which are not cheap, especially since it is difficult to find a music teacher and there are not many of them. For example, piano teachers have to learn it from a young age, practice every day to master it, and finally take the exam to get a degree, which costs a lot of money and time for a teacher.

In conclusion, although there are some difficulties in applying music in teaching, I still believe that it increases undergraduates’ awareness and creativity. The government needs to come up with a solution to balance it because music is an indispensable part of everyone’s soul.
