People have varying opinions about the best example for young people, with some individuals considering being famous for their achievements is more important, while others contend that glamour and wealth are better. I agree with first statement due to multiple reasons although I understand why some people oppose this view.
On the one hand, there are several reasons why some people believe that being famous for glamour and wealth is a good example for young people. To begin with, beautiful life of celebrities, where they live their best life with enough money motivates many people who follows them. The reason for this is that while people see how others enjoying life because of good income or a large inheritance, they become excited and start trying to achieve the same and be like these celebrities. Consequently, they get great inspiration, try to achieve their goals and wealth and many of them reach them and develop further by overcoming great difficulties. For instance, my close friend, he has watched a lot celebrities lifestyle, watched them throw a lot of parties among other celebrities and wanted to be as rich. After that he got a job, worked very hard, participated in various events and achieved what he wanted, became just as rich with the same outlook. Now he lives his best life and setting high goals for himself.
On the other hand, some people, including me, argue that achievements are more important than material assets and can be a more beneficial example for youths. From this perspective, people who become famous due to their hard work, talent and dedication set a more meaningful standard for young individuals. This stems from the fact that such role models show that success is not only about money, but also about effort, persistence and personal growth. Thus, young people are more likely to focus on developing their skills, education and character rather than chasing quick wealth. For example, many successful scientists, athletes or entrepreneurs have achieved recognition through years of hard work, inspiring others to follow a similar path and build a stable and respectable future.
To conclude, although glamour and wealth may inspire some young people, I believe that being famous for achievements is a far better example. This is because it encourages hard work, determination and long-term success rather than focusing only on material things.
