In recent years, a lot of medical research projects have been conducted and financed by private companies. Although individuals and the government should be part of this as well. I believe that the three of them must be interdependent as they contribute meaningfully to the industry.
Government play a crucial role as it is impossible to separate it from them. The government expenditure can facilitate achieving materials , products rapidly,as well as promoting laboratories. Nevertheless, it can cover for any damages. Not only this but the implementation and the announcement of the new project might be more credible to the public to use and experience. If the government take part in this research will be easy to widespread the information about the conducted research and helps in the long term. For instance, the vaccine of Corona virus was used by million of people in a very short period because its usage was eligible by the government through the media and articles.
On the other hand, private companies and individuals are also important in this field as they can complement government funding because their job is not solely focused on money only but skills as well. Both have competitive scientists that are capable of study the situation and run experiments. Nevertheless, they know how to run the budget to achieve the purpose of the given cause. For example, they know how many machines and microscopes they need along with animals to ensure the success of the research.
To conclude, private companies, individuals or government are essential in the medical industry as they have slightly similar roles and intentions to achieve. In my opinion the three of them shouldn’t be neglected for the sake of improving healthcare and well being of individuals.
