In the past, people got a proper amount of time to sleep. However, at present, tables have turned. Nowadays, some individuals argue that they have a problem getting enough sleep. This can be attributed to a few interesting reasons. All the troubles have panaceas and this is not an exception.
One of the factors responsible is that these days people are doing night shifts frequently due to their needs. This view exists as the inflation rate in the world rises day by day, and people need money to fulfill their near and dear ones’ dreams. As a result, people’s lives become stressful with lots of family burdens. Not only this, I have also seen that many school and college students have lots of homework and assignments to complete before deadlines. This hypothesis is buoyed in the idea that teachers nowadays do not teach systematically, and students need to finish work before time. This point can be validated as due to frustrations, children do not sleep properly. A recent survey in this matter has revealed that about 70% of people suffer from heart attack disease due to lack of sleep in their daily life.
Much can be done in this regard. It is advisable that people should live a happy and healthy life without taking much burden on their shoulders. Apart from this, the government should introduce a law on regular working hours for night shifts. Even more, it would be beneficial if human beings could control the use of technologies like smartphones, tablets, and many more before going to bed. Above all, media can take initiatives to bring this problem to public attention and spread awareness about ways to curtail it.
To put it in a nutshell, down the lane, more and more people will face problems in getting enough sleep and it would be unfortunate. It is strongly recommended that human beings should not take any pills to get enough sleep.
