Modern technological advancements have made life much more convenient for people worldwide. The fierce competition among companies and their competitors benefits consumers, who have instant access to various services at the touch of a finger. While some could deem it as a drawback in society, I find it very useful and the advantage of it far outweighs the disadvantage.
Various tedious tasks and services are being served at a much faster pace to the general public by various sources and it has only made people craving for more. Firstly, the miscellanous tasks and services handed to people on the plater has helped people save time and energy which could be used for other useful work. Additionally, an entirely new business avenue has been formed where employment of servers is increasing daily as well. Instead of the traditional route of building a business empire, many entrepreneurs have a platform to provide the services and grow financially.
However, general consensus is that having these services so readily accessible is making the young generation lack motivation and lazy. Common among the older generation, the thought of having everything easily is not good for the future generation as it generates an entire generation of entitled people. Although this could be true, what they fail to understand is that the people who use these services appropriately get more work done and only a certain people are entitled.
To conclude, I think there is a more unspoken advantage of having these various services so readily available and should be encouraged.
