The idea of “Work from home” came during covid 19 pandemic.Where people used to work in their home because of the lockdown.It could be benificial for employees nor the company itself.
Basically,majority of people prefer to work from home.Beacuse it gives them more time to relax and comfort,compare to an office environment.They can do their tasks in a fresh mindset.Another thing is,they can enhance their bonding between their family by spending much time with family members.Though,if they does not move from their house,it actively demonstrate that they would not use their car or any other vehichle to reach their workplace.As a result,it can save money.For example,during the lockdown period,my friend Nahid,who was a garment employee,he had to work on his home.End of the month,his bonding with his family was increased.On the other hand,he saved his ten percent of his salary for not using any sort of transportation services.
However,there are several qustion marks on work from home strategy.Firstly,people becomes more lazy and stubborn during this time.Another thing is,lack of working environment.In an office,they can access many sorts of resources.For example,high speed internet connection,digital printing machines,co-workers and proper equippments according to their job.These essential stuffs enhance productiveness of the employees.For example,I work in a multi-national company,where I can access lot of stuffs like,free access of paid applicatiions,fresh quality foods and practical work experiences.
To sum up everything that has been stated so far,this concecpt was used during the covid pandemic.Situation is now under control,so work form home is not logical for this time of period.In my opinion,for employees it could be benificial but for organization it lack of productivity.So I think working from home effects the skills of an worker.
