The busy and noisy life can make it hard to create and forming a real friendships with people, leaving individuals feeling disconnected and overwhelmed. A good example would be the common and popularity of mental health issues such as depression and anxiety among urban citizens

When it comes to tackling the problem, both the government and individuals must work together. On the governmental level, they try to help smaller towns by improving roads and services, building more affordable house, making public transport better, and creating jobs. On the individual level, individuals can be encouraged to explore the benefits of migrating to smaller cities .

Nonetheless, addressing this issue need both actions from both governmental bodies and individuals.
