The continuous increase in various health related diseases could be a threat for humankind, so the most of money used for treatment purposes from the budget, but some people believe that more money spent on health education and preventive measures could be beneficial. I partially agree with this statement, the usage of high proportion of money on treatment has many advantages than disadvantages.
First of all, There are many types of viruses increasing day by day, which may be harmful for people and could be eliminated by new technology and for that elephant budget is mandatory. Secondly, the huge budget can also be used for moneyless treatment of poor people. For instance, the newspaper survey described that lots of lives saved in India with compared to other nations when corona virus on peak over the world because the Indian government launched free treatment camps in different locations. Additionally, the funds have been used for solutions of future health regarding problems.
however, There are also few cons of spending a high amount of funds on the treatment of individuals. The higher money spent on treatment results the lower spending on other departments, which led to under performance of them. For instance, the survey conducted by news channels shows Canada has the best health care system but they are behind in the agriculture department because of least spending behind it.
To conclude, it is true that health education and preventive measures are important but individual treatment is far more essential than that, so huge budget use on treatment of people is justified.
