For example, residents who live in ralatively rural places can gain opportunities to access entertainments, such as movies and TV shows by using a smartphone, leading to a more enjoyable lives than that in past. Additionally, transportation systems have been developping and a increasing number of residents who cannot buy lives’ items near their home go to supermarkets or molls to buy foods and domestic items.
In contrast, developments of technology have dangerous possibilities of crime in a network environment, such as hacking risks or easy access to personal information. According to recent reseaches, the number of crimes by using network has been increasing rapidly and it is noted that all internet users have to be carefull towards such danger. In particular, this risk can be seen in goverments. For example, there were some crimers who had influenced the state’s politics by changing information and were arrested in Japan. However, the fact that the crimers were arrested shows that there are indivisuals who use the power of network for goverments. Therefore, it can be said that the right power of developments can overcome the risks of technology and realize the safe society for all indivisuals.
