Some people believe that education instetutes should teach students non-traditional subjects while others think the oppsite. In this essay we will discuss why traditional education could be unhelpfull when it comes to the wirk filde.
In one hand, a few people think that having a traditional educating system is the best way to face the work place. This is because they think it is nesessery to have a comman background about the school subjects, Also they think that these subjects are required when applying for a job. Some companies ask for a traditional educating dgrees only, regarding if the person has any addtional skills when they look for new employees, resulting in the believe that non-traditional educating and having addtional skills is not important.
On the other hand, more people stand by that for a person to land a job they should have some skills in addtion to their dgrees, and some schools are working on readjusting their education system to cover the new demandes of the work force. Moreover, they also believe that people spend a lot of their time in shcools and this time should not go to waist by only learing about math or history, it should be ganerating people with the needed skills to be a qualifaied workers.
In conclusion, this essay discussed how some people think it is important to have only traditional educating without looking at any extra skills, while the other group of people think the oppsite thinking that some skills are important and needed.
