On the one hand, the allocation a large amount of money on high-tech devices is an effective way to create engaging lessons for students. This can be explained by the fact that students will be eager to engage in lessons if teachers utilize numerous visual effects and video in classrooms. On the other hand, there are two main rationales why schools should spend more money for teachers.
