Owing to this, they would protect the home from the strangers, mostly from criminals. The citizens wouldnot affarid of robbery. For instance, in India, most of the people keeps pets such as dogs to protect their home from the robbers. Due to this, the paramount items of the individuals would remain safe. Therefore, if the pets would remain outside, they would provide safity to the home.
To conclude, although the pets are likely not to be diseased if thet stay at home all the times, but the pets would provide security to the house if they remain outdoor. From my perspective, both the views have their own advantages and disadvantages, yet the former view hold utmost for pets in term of their safety.
