Some children find some subjects such as mathematics and philosophy too difficult to learn, some people argue that those subjects should be optional rather than compulsory. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
In this day and age, most young generations are not interested in lessons such as math and philosophy because they are difficult to learn. In the following paragraphs, I personally agree with this statement for some reasons that I will proffer justifications of this phenomenon before sharing my opinion.
One of the primary reasons is that many kids tend to learn about sports. It is argued that they could get more achievements such as scholarships by certificate. A case in point is that In the USA, numerous pupils can easily continue their studies in top universities if they have certificates such as rugby. As a result, many students prefer to join sports rather than other lessons.
Another reason is most international pupils are fond of selecting their favorite subject like Laws, not to mention economics and politics. It is because they will obtain good pay for their jobs. A good example of this is that law learners experienced an increasing number of their subjects as they could be occupied working as judges, lawyers, as well as prosecutors. Thus, many youth will choose these subjects since they get more information, for example jobs.
All in all, It seems to me that many young people dislike subjects like math and philosophy owing to the fact that they could not get more achievement and good work after their studies. Hence, children opt for good subjects as they suggested by their parents and it gives a positive effect for them as they might gain many opportunities in the future.
