Children learning an international tongue is debatable. Certain specialists think that it is best for minors to start studying a foreign language at elementary school instead of high school. In this essay, I will discuss why the benefits of the argument do in fact surpass the drawbacks.
To begin with, the introduction of a foreign language at primary school helps children develop better pronunciation. Young learners can easily mimic native-like accents because their brains learn different tongues faster than adults, making their speech more natural and fluent. This enables them to communicate smoothly and confidently in the learned language. For example, a child who starts learning French at the age of 6 can easily master the words and sounds.By practicing these sounds from a young age, he or she can develop a more real accent and pronounce the words correctly, allowing them to communicate effectively with native speakers.
In addition, knowing an international language at a tender age when a kid is still at lower school can have long-term benefits for travel and exploration. Developing a strong foundation in the language can make it easy to use during travel. For instance, when a young learner learns Spanish when they are still young, they will find it very easy to read road signs and interact with locals to ask for directions when they visit Spain.
In conclusion, some experts believe that it is beneficial for young ones to study a foreign language at junior grades rather than senior school. It is my firm opinion that the positives of doing so outweigh the negatives, as it helps children develop better pronunciation as well as enhancing travel experiences.
