Some people think that students should wear school uniform, other people imagine students should choose their own clothes. This essay will discuss both perspectives and present my own opinion.
On one hand, school uniforms have several advantages. When everyone wears the same outfit, students do not compare expensive or fashionable clothes. As a result, children from poorer families do not feel uncomfortable. Second, uniforms help students to concentrate on their studies instead of fashion. Schools may also look more organized and disciplined when all students wear the same clothes.
On the other hand, some people think students should decide what to wear. Clothes are one way to express personality and creativity. If students can choose their own clothes, they may feel more comfortable and confident. In addition, some uniforms are not practical or comfortable for all weather conditions.
In my opinion, school uniforms are a good idea. They reduce differences between students and create a sense of belonging in school. However, schools should make sure that uniforms are comfortable and affordable for everyone.
