For a recent year, crime is one of the major issues that all the countries have been facing recently.Some people believe that should focus more on rehabilitation than pushiment for criminal.In many aspects,death-penalty is the most pushiment,usually use for dangerous crime,can make pose a serious threat to society.But,there is nothing that can prove that those criminals will continue to commit crimes after going to the re-education camp.I do not agree with this,reason will say in this essay.
To began to start with,the type of criminal that is often reformed is crimes among young adults.Because,juvenile delinquency just during puberty, the transition from child to adult begins, is not yet fully developed.So.they can learning more and becoming good person.Example are Mary Bell,the youngest murder in U.S.A,her had killed two life are Martin Brown Brian Howe when she just 11 year old.Then, after 12 long years, Mary Bell was finally released from prison. When she was 23 years old, she started a new life, living anonymously and under a different identity. She even gave birth to a daughter on May 25, 1984. However, in the end, reporters revealed the whereabouts of Mary and her mother, causing them to flee home. And after spending time in prison, her personality changed a lot.
On the other hand , about adult criminals.Have many case can start life again.But they do not become honest person,them still cotinue guilty and become problems for society.So,to rehabilitation adult criminal,law have to cosider more than about personalities.However,his has many limitations because there are dangerous and intelligent criminals who can deceive every one.
In sum of,I believer that a person can change and become better, but it can also be the opposite. So, all criminals should still not be included. There are still unforgivable crimes.
