Changes have a different impact on people. Although some individuals are interested in maintaining the same routines and try to avoid any change, other people believe that changes have beneficial effects. In my opinion, I strongly agree with the latter notion and believe that changes can bring excitement and color into life.
On the one hand, some people prefer stability and predictability. They believe that any change can disrupt the flow of life and consume a lot of energy. Changes lead to an unpredicted future, preventing them from having a fixed schedule for their lives. In other words, stable routines allow people to plan their activities efficiently and avoid wasting time on unproductive tasks. For instance, planning a vacation becomes easier when you know your days off, budget, and preferences, enabling you to make decisions with confidence and assurance.
On the other hand, it can be argued that change is essential for a fulfilling life. Some people find change more interesting and stimulating. Those who are adventurers, risk-takers, and hyperactive often become bored with the same and repetitive routines. They prefer to experience different things and emotions to satisfy their lives. They believe changes provide energy and innovation to their lifestyle as they have the opportunities to go out of their comfort zone and broaden their horizons. For example, people who change their house decoration frequently have reported to be in a better mood which helps them to be more flexible in their lives.
In conclusion, while some individuals prefer a stable routine to manage their mind and plan better, others, same as my idea, agree that changes in life foster energy, flexibility and innovation. Embracing change can lead to more vibrant and satisfying life.
