Band 4: Some people believe that artificial intelligence will lead to massive job losses , while others think it will create more job opportunities (User-Written IELTS Writing Task 2 Essay)

It is believed by some that artificial intelligence may cause the displacement of low-skilled workers, whereas others are convinced that automation has the potential to revolutionize various sectors. This essay will discuss both sides of the argument before i give my own opinion .

One of the main reasons why some people support artificial intelligence will lead to massive job displacement is that AI-driven systems could replace a large number of human jobs, particularly in sectors such as manufacturing and transportation.For example: in manufacturing,robots can work 24/7 without fatigue. Furthermore, automation is increasingly integrated into sectors such as healthcare, education, and finance.

On the other hand, those who argue that AI system will enhance work opportunities believe that technological innovation driven by AI is creating new economic opportunities. They contend that AI driven can create new markets and jobs categories in the technology sectors such as jobs in AI development, data analysis , and cybersecurity. Additionally, AI contributes to scientific discoveries and new technologies.

In conclusion, while both sides of the argument have valid points, I firmly believe that automation is likely to replace repetitive manual jobs.
