People argue that children have too much free time, and they should spend it to do their homework that given by their teachers or tutors. In my opinion, while education plays a crucial role in children’s life, they should be given a spare time to play outdoor activities with their peers. Free time is also spent for children’s self development, physical, and mental health.
On the one hand, if children have a lot of free time, they spend this time also playing with their friends apart from education. There are various activities that adds extra knowledge to their education. Moreover, this is also important to learn collaboration. For example, when they play with their counterparts, sharing information happens among them. This information must be about various topics that their teachers have tought them in class. Through this way, they learn things that they don’t know. Furthermore, this activity opens a way to learn cooperation. This skill is prime in their future life. Especially while they are working with colleagues in office or company.
On the other hand, children spend their spare time to develop physically and mentally through attending courses like swimming, running, playing chess. Moreover, they may take extra courses on subjects that are intriguing for them. For example, if they participate these kinds of physical courses, they must be beneficial for their health. Since, swimming and running is very useful for cardiovascular health, and also improve blood circulation in the brain. Playing chess makes them to think deeply and make fundamental decisions independently. Besides, taking additional courses provide them with sharp intellect. Moreover, it gives them a chance to learn the subject that they want to learn deeply this is a useful method even for pupils who find it difficult to learn.
In conclusion, if children have spare time, they should spend it to play with friends apart from education. Additionally, Taking extra courses must be advantageous to improve their schooling.
