In certain countries, the popularity of homeschooling has been increasing among many parents as they are choosing their child to study at home rather than sending them to school. In my view the advantages of this phenomenon cannot outweigh its disadvantages as learning in a group can offer more study environment and competitions that helps child to learn more sufficient and faster.
There can be many reasons why parents are choosing homeschooling program instead of let their child to go to school. The common one among them is can be curriculum, since many parents do not satisfy from them and starting their kid eliminating from school which is increasing case in American countries. According to statistics in Argentina nearly 30% parents have already stopped to send their child to schools which is terrifying result for government schools. Together with this, according to many, classmates of the child can affect their ethic or distract them from studying even when they see their child playing or wasting their time.
On the other hand, studying in a class can help children to enhance their abilities in both communication and learning because whenever a child interact in teamwork or spend most of time with them naturally influence child’s connection with others. And also thanks to school tournaments and rivalry among students, the process of learning will be more interesting and quickly compared to study alone. For instance, in recent study in Mexico, two groups of students in each five pupil who study at home and at school are searched in the field of comprehension. And after the results announced, with a 25% advantage students who attended from school achieved high score.
In the light of the above, as teamwork interaction can help more to study in learning and communication, advantages of homeschooling cannot outweigh studying in schools.
