There are diverse concepts, if educational prosperity rely on noble faculty members or it solely depend on the characteristics of the learners. This essay will illustrate the crucial phenomena regarding these two views and discuss my own thougts.
There are two supreme causes those are children are being manipulated by their teachers easily and another one is, most of the pupils considered that teachers are the role model in their life. For example, few learners want to be a teacher because of their teacher’s teaching style which fascinates them. They think that teachers are their backbone. Thay adopt how their mentors talk, walk inside and outside in the classroom. Listening to mentors students believe it will show a successful path in their future and they consider teachers are their ideological figures.
Conversely, it has some arguments such as students success depends on their own motivation and surrounding where they brought up.In instance, most of the tertiary level learners shine in their life because of their proper time management. University students have self-reliance and determination which make flourished. It might be assume that school level learners slightly rely on teachers while university students merely depends on own passion and motivation. Family environment and upbringing shapes a student attitudes not with the aid of teachers.
To conclude, it can be said that few people think that teachers are responsible to make successful educational life , Whereas others say that it is relatively based on the attitude of the learners. Therefore, I believe and admit, if students are being foresighted to set future goals and making logical judgements, they don’t need any ideal figures in their both personal and professional life.
