The ability to be provided with or have a place to live is indeed a basic human right of all individuals. But unfortunately, since Earth is limited with space, it’s impossible to let everyone have a proper accommodation. I agree with statement because of natural expansion of humanity, we damage our ecosystem
It’s obvious that Earth is a planet with limited resources with which to build and limited space for where to build new housing facilities. Despite this fact, the population has only been growing since the beginning of the 20th century. By the statistics at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, humanity’s population has skyrocketed.
However, in order to provide people with housing, private firms or the government ought to cut the forests, dry lakes, rivers, and sometimes parts of the sea, destroying the natural habitats of animals.Constructing new houses in that places has a huge impact on climate change, and the usage of transport and machinery for construction is increasing emission of carbon dioxide
Apart from that, the growth of population is unstoppable. By nature, humans tend to leave their parents houses when they get mature, and this leads to a need for extra housing places. Every single normal person has a desire to build or buy a shelter. It is a kind of basic necessity and a normal aspect of human behavior that cannot be deleted from us.
In conclusion, despite some damage to nature and habitats caused by housing, I still completely agree that people have the right to build or own a house because of their natural desire for it.
