Some people say that personality should be responsible for protecting the environment,while other people say that it is belong to the authorities role.This essay will examine both perspectives before expressing my own view point.

On the one hand,individuals need to be responsible for protecting the environment because with each little contributing, it will be more .From this,effectiveness of environmental protection will be enhanced.For example,in an event which was opprated by SaiGonXanh in Ho Chi minh city,many dwellers joined in hand with SaiGon team and the environment is cleaner.So that,every citizens should be respomsible for protecting the environment and this lead a good effectiveness for our Earth.

On the other hand,the view that protecting the environment is belong to the authorities role help people who are have a hard work everydays and live under the hustle and bustle of the city life can be more relex, from this, they can spend their time for earning money to contribute to the nation’s economy.Such as China and the US are 2 countries that have a hugest economy of the world.Therefore, protecting the environment is the goverment’s duty is not a bad idea.

In conclusion,while some people advocate for protecting the environment should be responsible by everybodies,others find more value in it is belong to the authorities task.From my perspective,opinion offers greater advantaged is the first view due to community reason.
