It is generally considered that a fine idea to continue to work at their large age. In my opinion, I completely agree with this statement, and I believe that work on a job until they reach to old age is a good think for two reasons.
Firstly, I consider that work until the age they want, it is good for the workers itself. In fact, when they work on a job, they enjoy with it they will give all what can do it. Although the old age workers will have a lot of experience then the work will do earlier. A study published by New York University concluded that 90 percent of workers at companies that love work and come earlier at work is at their old age. Therefore, the old age doesn’t limit the human capacity.
Secondly, I think that companies will benefit if keep the old age worker. What I mean, hire new employees will cost the job owners a lot of time and money. Furthermore, the old workers will train the other employers without require any cost from it. For example, when a someone reach to the 60 or 70 years old, and he have a faith to the businessman, and always help the new employer, the company will not let he go out. As a result, the older workers are necessary for the economy of companies.
In conclusion, I believe that work at old age, it is a best idea because it is a good for the workers itself, also the job owners will benefit from it.
