It is often maintained by some that individuals must enterprise to reach their financial aim and gain personal autonomy, while others argue that working for a company offers guaranteed opportunities for career development. This essay will examine both percpectives before elaborating on the reason why I am in favor of the latter.
On the one hand, proponents of starting a business argue that with the correct market research people can achieve monetary success and individuals do not depend on anyone, hence they would do their own jobs efficiently. To put it simply,if entrepreuners take account into people´s needs correctly, they can meet people’s needs and get people´s satisfaction which not only helps people but also enhances financial resources of businesses with the tendency of people to buy these products. However, the risks of businesses should not be overlooked, which play a pivotal role in economy.Unless entrepreuners take consideration of risks, they would go a bankrupt.
On the other hand, advocates of an established company contend that people can develop their career without any chance or fluctuations in their work which are oftenly seen in business. To elaborate, working for established companies is observed as a conventional way,for this reason people believe that this job is more realistic and they are prone to opt for this type of work rather than to run their own business. For example, survey which held in Azeirbaijan showcases that a vast majority of people reckon that working for an founded corporation is more trustworthy.
In conclusion, starting a business offers the potential for financial success and personal freedom, it also carries significant risks and uncertainties, while working for an established company provides stability and structured career growth, though it may come with limitations on independence.
