It is hotly debated that some people say good leaders are naturally born by destiny, while the rest claim that everyone can acquire the quality of good leading throughout their entire lives. Despite the first statement is undoubtedly correct, I am personally in favor of those thinking of the latter, and this essay will explain my point of view.
Growing up as an intelligent individual is sometimes counted as a gift and not everyone has that specialized thing. It is related to the way of thinking, enabling them to think more comprehensively. At school, for example, we usually see some disciples consistently place themselves at the top tier of class ranking. Additionally, they could also attain some achievements outside by winning Olympic competitions. Some of them are indeed destined to be leaders in the coming years.
However, it is possible that the opposite side may have equal opportunities. It is worth noting that becoming a mature leader requires a wide range of personalities. For instance, some leading positions in a company like a director are basically obtained through a long process. They tend to start their career from the lowest point, facing numerous obstacles. Good problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills are examples of leadership qualities that are to be standard.
In conclusion, being born as clever ones is another level of gift, allowing them to be a complete leader. Nevertheless, some qualities of leadership could also be learned by the rest, enabling them to obtain a leadership spot during their whole life.
