People argue that each type of crime needs having a fixed punishment. Whereas, others believe that the circumstances and situation play an important role when making the punishment. Although a fixed punishment could encourage a solution that reduce crimes, such as killing, from my opinion, the crime that affects others and the guilty person should be change the punishment because it is more flexible and justice holded.
when authority decides to prevent people from committing a particular type of crime, the best decision to make is a well-known punishment. That is to say, unchanged punishments such as execution for anyone kills or steals human being soul is the only law and rule that will make nobody have hundreds of times before doing this great guilty.
on the other hand, each crime has its own condition, environment and motivation; thus no well-informed decision will be taken without looking to these factors that influence which punishment will match the guilty one. For instance, the circumstances of the miss killing and the punishment should not be the same as the murder, that means someone plans with his complete awareness that he will kill someone is not guilty.
In conclusion, despite preventing individuals from committing a specific crime by making a constant punishments is viable, a key factors should be taken account to create a justice laws.
