Several individuals opine that women should have an equivalent opportunity to work in the military force, while others assert that women are ill-suited to these kinds of occupations. This essay will deliberate both of these viewpoints and argue for the former one.
On the one hand, it is unquestionable that women play a pivotal role in military force. Firstly, women contribute to the enhancement of overall effectiveness. To specify, women often demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills, which are crucial for alleviating tense situations which potentially leads to serious combats. This ensures the strength and security of armed members, mitigating unworthy damage and preparing for other more serious fights.Strikingly, women can serve as a resilient rear in military medical fields, significantly contributing to the general well-being and morale of armed forces.
On the other hand, it is undeniable that integrating females into the armed forces seems to be impossible due to their unsuitability. First and foremost, women have difficulty in meeting the physical requirements. Jobs related to armed forces are often strenuous and exclusive for men whose strength and endurance are biologically better than their female counterparts. Therefore, because of these strict training, women may suffer from exhaustion, serious physical pains and other emotional damages. Furthermore, military units have to invest more resources to fulfill the demand for amenities. To be more specific, the engagement of women requires gender-segregated accommodations and facilities such as separated bathrooms, which needs a significant amount of money. Hence, the cost of these constructions might be a financial burden for the military force.
In conclusion, while the participation of women in military forces brings many advantages, they still can not fulfill some requirements to work in the army.
