A vast majority of women are working in the police or army forces and showed their attaiment in these filed. Some individule opine that women play an crucial role as men in these sectors. However, others believe that these types of jobs should not be feasible by women. This essay tends to analyse both perspectives. I, however, side with the former view.
There are a number of reasons by those who are in favor of women joining in the Police or Army teams. Firstly, women have the similar ability, traits, creativity and cognitive skills like men. Therefore, they are capable of operating these teams if any indiscriminations do not follow. Secondly, all the women of the world have equal rights to survive their lives with involving these sectors except a hand of areas. For example, most developed countries do not set out any restrictions in term of joining these fields, especially in Bangladesh, a good amount of women are available in the police force. Moreover, either Police or Army has sufficient women members in the world where the government focuses on skills and courage.
Admittedly, a number of arguments are also available why others consider that women have lack of dexterity to administrate these forces. Most strong argument is that women face a complexity each month which makes resistance to continue these responsibilities, alongside they babies and families which are also a great drawback for them. Futhermore, they are not fully demanding physically and cannot stay their jobs there.
In conclusion, considering the factors discussed above, I strongly affirm that women are same as men and they have ability in order to defend society, states and people in addition to ensuring safety. It is considered that women have equal rights as men to lead the world and participants any forces and organisations
