People have different views about whether young folks should choose their lifetime jobs according to their interest or they must be more realistic for their future and choose job based on their good financed career.
Although people think youngsters must be more responsible for their future and pick a job that is viewed as a means of good career, I believe that everyone has rights to get what job they want according to their love and interest toward it, it’s much more than just working in regrets.
There is one main reason as to why it is considered getting high paid and high demanded job for their future career in order to become financially independent and having good life without financial problems. Nowadays people are choosing their professions or job according to good salary that it is offering to them, these may include new up-to-date jobs such as IT, AI development or Web designing. For instance, some of my friends are working and getting high salary but they are not satisfied with their life and job efficiency.
However, others, including myself believe that people must choose their jobs according to their love and interest toward it. When you are in the right place, right job and with right people, you become more motivated to your job and you can achieve more success in it. Although it is not well paid job, you have more happiness and fulfilment by your work and I think it is the most important thing you would even need in any field. According to the last year stats, people with the job they love had better experience and improvement in their life and profession rather than people with the job they are just for good salary.
Despite the fact well paid job can bring you more financial independence, I still advocate the idea of having the job you have interest and love to is far more important rather than living in regrets and unsatisfied life.
