There are different opinions on paying taxes being correct decision or not in state. Personally, I think not paying taxes is totally immoral and the government is onus to handle this problem.
First thing we have to think about is what can cause people being interested in saving all their money rather than paying some part of it to the country. For finding the answer we must consider what is the purpose of paying taxes. I would like to deliver my message by giving you an example. Think about the third world countries, which the majority of their people don’t have to pay taxes because they don’t receive the welfare facilities or healthcare or other vital services, so they are neither likely nor have to pay taxes. In the other hand, people from first world countries like state are promised to have these privileges when they pay taxes, but if the country couldn’t manage to keep its promise, obviously people would refuse to pay taxes either. Now we can understand that taxes are all about helping the country to progress which will enhance the quality of our lives by extension. Back to our point, if people feel like they are surrounded with prosperity, they would not only highly willing to pay their taxes but also, they would do it with gratitude.
According to what we discussed previously, we understood how tax system works between people and countries. Based on that, people won’t pay taxes and rather to keep them when face difficulty and notice that the country isn’t paying attention to their suffer and problems. And to tackle this, we have to alleviate the public dissatisfaction about the government performance by ensuring that men in power are doing their best to meet the needs of their people. As a result, they can earn their respect and then, they can expect them to pay their taxes without any argue or grievance.
In conclusion, Both people and government of a country have their own special responsibilities. People by paying their taxes to the country and government by providing all the necessary equipments and trying to making progress frequently.
