Some people like to schedule their free time activities in great detail. Some decide not to schedule anything at all for their leisure time. However, I’m the type of person who schedule my activities on a freetime fo two reasons.

First of all, we all know that time is one of the most precious thing in the world and to get the best of it we have to make plans for it. I’ll talk about the downside of not making plans on your free time. For example is a day with no plan todo, we won’t get a motivation to do anything so it’s often end up doing nothing for the whole day. It’s not an ideal way to spendyour holiday for me because it will low your energy and make you unmotivated to get to your daily routins.

Second, we will talk about planning activities on a free time. I love this idea because I think it’s the most ideal way to spend your holiday. I can make a list of the activities that I wanna do so bad that I can’t do on my daily activites. For example I’ll plan that I will meditate right after I wake up. And then I’ll do an eazy run from the sunrise till 8 A.M. After that I’ll clean my room. All of this schedule will make me know what I have to instead of procrastinating something that I have to do. With all of the activity that you love on your holiday, your energy level will fill up and will give you motivation to start your daily activity.

In conclusion, planing my activities on a free time is very important. Because it will be very influental for
