Nowadays, some individuals find it comfortable doing the same activities throughout their lives and not seeking any changes, whereas others believe that changes may have a positive impact. In my opinion, small changes may teach people to adapt to any situation and maintain certain abilities.
On the one hand, living in a stable life where everything is consistent provides safety and overall comfort. This means that a person is working in the same job and environment, where every routine and action is repeated consistently, such as having a meal in the local restaurant or buying groceries in the same place. However, this can have negative sides, as if something unexpected happens and the individual who deliberately ignores new events will be panicked or frightened. As a result of remaining in their comfort zone for an extended period, many individuals may lose certain abilities or become reluctant to put them into practice. This has several negative effects, such as anxiety, constant pressure, and the feeling of falling behind others.
On the other hand, those who prefer to undergo new experiences often have more vibrant lifestyles and memories, because trying something different can help to advance abilities such as adaptation, self-confidence, and resilience. One of the main reasons is that individuals can step out of their comfort zone and experience responsibility, or moreover, could broaden their perspectives and enhance creativity by joining various festivals. Likewise, this kind of change may beneficially impact both physically and mentally in a person’s life, as gaining more opportunities may help to reduce stress and overcome certain illnesses.
In conclusion, maintaining a stable lifestyle provides individuals with a sense of security and predictability, while embracing change allows them to broaden their experience and gain a deeper understanding of the factors that directly influence their lives.
