There is no denying the fact that changing is significant because if we do not change, people will progress more than you. While it is a commonly held belief that they try to avoid difficulties and live the routine is comfprtable for them, there is an argument that cgange is crucial because they need to go forward to improve their live. This essay will analyse this topic from both points of view and express my opinion.

On one hand, some people do not prefer to go out of their comfort zone. It is also possible to say that this people say why do I make progress if I have easy live. In addition many individuals thier live force them to live without improvment because their live level stop there and they are satisfay with thid idea. For example, a perso have a job and enough salary and specific routine every day same routine, so if you ask him why do not look for another job, he will say I am good with this.

On the other hand, many people seek to improve theirself because they know if they work now, they will get thier gools tomorrow. In other words, they like to experience new challange to get better and they do not prefer to give up they will try untill they get what they want. Moreover, many people seek to improve theirself because they need something, so they have a gool in the end of the path. For instance, if you have a littile salary, you will study at night aand work in the mornning. In conclusion, there are no easy answers to this question. On balance, however, I tend to believe that trying new challanges are crucial because this will teach you about yourself.

It is often believed that people working long hours help their countries achieve rapid economic success compared to other nations.
