Some people argue that individuals should work for a big company. Others, however, believe that small companies are a better option. From my perspective, I advocate the former idea, and this essay will attempt to analyse both views.
On the one hand, one of the most striking reasons why people choose to work for a small company is the friendly environment. This is because small businesses often have fewer strict rules and more flexibility working conditions, allowing employees to interact comfortably rather than following a strict environment. Therefore, communication between colleagues and managers is more open and comfortable . As a result, this encourages workplace, where individuals support each other rather than competing, making the work environment more positive. Another benefit is the opportunity for learning. In a large company, where people are often work in a highly professional environment; however, employers in small businesses often conduct a variety of tasks. This allows them to gain experience in different fields, making them more adaptable and flexible.
On the other hand, I side with those who believe that working in a large company is advantegeous due to the high salary and professional work environment. Big organisations typically have strong financial resources, allowing them to offer better wages and provide extra benefits for employees, such as health isurance and retirement salary. As a result, workers have greater financial, allowing them to expenses for their living with confidence and reduce stress in spending. Futhermore, big companies follow set rules and work processes, which help workers more effeciently. As tasks are divided among teams, employees can focus on their roles without disruptions. This system reduces workplace stress, prevents confusion, and helps workers feel more productive.
In conclusion, although both views are valid to some extent, I am in favor of the idea that working in large company is more beneficial because of the high salary and professional environment
