On the other while hand online shopping the customer cannot see the product in hand making it less appealing with many complians from the customers stating that the product chowsn on the website and the actual product are very different. Delivery is another concern taking 2-5 days making the process time consuming and not feasable when a product is needed urgently. There have been many cases of frauds while online shopping where the user is taken to a fake website and convinced to give their bank details.
In my opnion modern technology has made the process of shopping easier but it comes with its own challenges. Using technology careully will make shopping more friendly than ever before with more advancement the problems of using technology may fade away.
