It is said that engaging in only one occupation may be beneficial forever, while others, including myself, argue that they had better not be stuck in a job.
On the one hand, there is a reason why working in a profession forever is an advantageous approach. In more detail, the workforce all are likely to become specialist in their major. They have gathered more expertise and experience, and they probably have been exposed with various kind of situations as well as encountered problems, enabling them to know how to deal with to such difficulties and accomplish doing their responsibility.
On the other hand, in my humble view, there are more important reasons why people should not pursue a w. Firstly and perhaps more importantly, people may not feel satisfied about what they do formerly as they may suffer from underpayment, long workhours and merely friendly atmosphere. Furthermore, in this way they may acquire more additional skills and qualifications. They need to obtain required proficiency of the new job, making them an employer who is professional in more than one career.
In conclusion, although people may attain high expertise when they pursue their main job, I believe that for more important reasons, e.g., lack of job satisfaction and achieving extra qualification, they had better alter their occupation.
