There is an argument should school funding allocate on computers or teachers’ wages. Although, people think that spending more on computers is important because they think it helps to learn modern technological skills, but if teachers are not skilled, it cannot be useful. So, I agree with expanding on teachers’ salaries because quality of teaching is more important.
On the one hand, school budgets need to disburse on computers. In today’s modern era, most jobs are related to the technology, so people should be teached using computers. If schools invest more money on computers, people can learn programming and get online education and many resources. This has the result in American schools. They give laptops for all students and they can use it in the lessons. It helps them to improve their knowledge and score, but the disadvantage is lack of skilled teachers. If teachers do not have enough knowledge for teaching computers, it don’t use effectively.
On the other hand, academic funding should allocate in educators’ wages. Good salaries allow teachers to seek other jobs or leave the profession where good salaries ensure stability in schools. By investing in teachers’ salaries, schools can improve the quality of education and attract skilled educators. And create a better learning environment for students investing in teachers is the best way for the future. I agree with this view. First Schools should increase teachers’ salaries and then provide people with computers.
Some people think that supply people with computers is important because they need to learn technological skills, while others think that investing features is more essential for quality of education. I believe that investing teachers is effective than spending on computers
