In my opinion, the healthcare is the central arrangement for the state and in this essay, I will discuss both view and highlight my viewpoint.
Firstly, people consider education as the key factor of a country’s progress as it provide high-level workforce. Unfortunately, many people, especially children, in poor and low-income country have no access to school. Thus, the tax should subsidize the school fee to open more chances for those who are eager for knowledge. Secondly, environmental issue has been raising at an alarming rate recently, for which requires an inclusive and effective method. The government must pour in billions to tackle problems such as global warming and preserving wildlife and endangered animals to ensure a better life not only for the nature but also for human kind.
However, healthcare should be the first priority as health is the foremost importance of human. Well-being enhances functioning of the body both physical and mental, which facilitates people in leading a positive life and working effectively. Moreover, improving heath care system ensure equity. As the health care market functions incomprehensively, many people, precisely from working class or have low income, encounter financial difficulties in reaching for health treatment. Take America as an example, its monopoly health care market make it unaffordable for even the wealthy. As a result, many people miss the best opportunity for necessary care which eventually leads to fatal impacts or even death.
In conclusion, even though other issues such as education and environments hold a certain importance when deciding tax revenue, heath care should be prioritized as it is extremely essential for human being.
