Some people are of the opinion that teenagers lack an understanding of the working world, and education institutions should encourage all students to spend a little time working as much as studying major subjects. Personally, I partly agree with this school of thought because of some reasons that will be explained in this essay.
On the one hand, there is one major reason that students should not have a job while they are still study in the school. In this day and age, there are many subjects which requires a significant time of the students to comprehend. If they have to work and study at the same time, which means time for learning would be allocated less than normally, leading to that children could not achieve the best target that they want to accomplish. As a results, such generation could become lacking academic skills that could not benefit to social labor force. For example, it is evident that children who have not well background, meaning to work to cover subsistence expense, have not grade as high as ones who spend all the time to study.
On the other hand, students should find a part-time job when they are in break time semester, which might help them to waste their time for do nothing in during such vacation. Having a part-time job may help children develop important skills such as communication, solving-problems, and time management skills that are essential in the modern world. Thanks to short-time work, teenagers could have accesses to gain practical experiences, applying what they learned in school to work environment. As a results, their essential skills for work would be improved through part-time job which would be helpful in the future. for instance, it is scientifically proved that children who have a job seem to be more flexible than those who does not do any job before in accessing problems.
In conclusion, while having a job has pros and cons, I believe student should find a job when they are in a break time to gain experiences that cannot learn in school.
