Some people believe that practical skills should be learned on their own, while others think that they should be taught by an instructor in a classroom. I fully agree with the latter view.
Nowadays, technology is developing rapidly, allowing people to access almost any field and gain more knowledge. This means that they may not need to rely on someone else’s help. In many places, people can find useful information, and through exercises and practical lessons, they can learn valuable skills. Moreover, when they learn by themselves, they can save money and spend it on other useful activities instead of paying for instruction.
However, although people can easily find information and practice on their own, they still need guidance from a teacher. When people learn something from the Internet, they may not know how to begin or how to continue properly. When an instructor provides clear explanations, learning becomes easier and more efficient. Another important point is that learners may not notice their own mistakes, but a teacher can identify and correct them, which improves the learning process. Learning with someone who has sufficient knowledge in the field is therefore more effective.
In conclusion, despite the fact that people can gain knowledge independently and save money, they still need someone to guide them, correct their mistakes, and provide proper instruction.
